Table View. Geyser repair and replacement. August 2026.
Burst 150 L geyser isolated within the hour and replaced the same morning. Insurance report supplied for the ceiling damage.
Called at 06:10, on site at 07:15. Isolated the supply and drained the cylinder to stop the ceiling getting any wetter, then fitted a new 150 L unit with new valves and drip tray. The insurer accepted our report without a second inspection.

Milnerton. Gas installations and CoCs. July 2026.
Installed a gas hob and gas geyser with a compliant bottle enclosure and issued the Certificate of Conformity the estate agent needed for transfer.
The property was sold with a gas hob that had been fitted without a certificate. We rebuilt the bottle enclosure to SANS 10087, replaced the flexible hose, added a gas geyser while the bottles were being moved anyway, and issued the CoC on the day.

Parklands. Blocked drains and leak detection. June 2026.
Traced a 40 L per hour underground leak to a single joint under paving using acoustic detection. Lifted four pavers, not forty.
The water bill had doubled and there was no visible wet patch. Acoustic listening located the leak to within half a metre. We lifted four pavers, replaced the failed joint, pressure tested and reinstated the paving the same afternoon.

Durbanville. Bathroom and kitchen plumbing. May 2026.
Moved a main bathroom to the other side of the house, including new drainage through a slab and municipal sign-off.
Moving a bathroom means moving the drains, and the drains ran the wrong way. We cored through the slab, laid new soil and waste lines to fall, and had the municipal inspector sign off before the tiler started. The client got a walk-in shower where the old passage was.

Sandown. Maintenance contracts. March 2026.
Audited every geyser and pressure valve in a 48-unit complex, replaced 11 that were out of warranty, and moved the body corporate onto a quarterly plan.
The trustees were fielding two or three emergency callouts a month, each from a different plumber. We audited all 48 units in the first fortnight, photographed every geyser, valve and drip tray, and produced a ranked list of what would fail next. Eleven geysers were replaced under a bulk price. Emergency callouts dropped to one in the following quarter.
