Most geyser calls come in two flavours: a sudden burst, or a slow decline into lukewarm showers. Both get the same treatment: an honest diagnosis and a fixed price before the work starts.
Replacement
A standard replacement takes two to three hours. We fit the new cylinder, replace the pressure control valve, vacuum breakers and drip tray, test the system and leave you with a certificate of compliance for your insurer.
Repair
Elements, thermostats and valves can usually be swapped in under an hour. If a repair is only going to buy you a few months, we will say so and let you decide.

Repair or replace?
If the cylinder itself has burst, replacement is the only option. Thermostats, elements and valves are repairable and usually cost a fraction of a new unit. We tell you which one you are dealing with before quoting.
Can you do a solar or heat pump conversion?
Yes. We install solar geysers and heat pumps and can quote both alongside a standard replacement so you can compare running costs.
