Questions we get asked
Do I need a gas CoC to sell my house?
Yes. Any property with a gas installation needs a valid Certificate of Conformity before transfer. We inspect, fix anything that fails, and issue the certificate.
My existing installation was done by someone unlicensed. Can you certify it?
We can inspect it. If it meets the standard we certify it. If not, we quote to bring it up to code first. We will not sign off on an installation we would not put in our own homes.
